Ir. Harton Arfah, M.Si. was born on Nov 11, 1966, is a lecturer in the Departement of Aquaculture, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Bogor Agricultural University (BDP-FPIK-IPB). He graduated his Fisheries Bachelor’s majoring in Aquaculture in 1990. In 1996 he completed his master study in Bogor Agricultural University, and completed his PhD study in the same university at 2018.
