Odang Carman Born in 1959, Dr. Ir. Odang Carman M.Sc is a lecturer in the Departement of Aquaculture, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Bogor Agricultural University (BDP-FPIK-IPB). He graduated his Fisheries Bachelor’s majoring in Aquaculture in 1985. In 1990 he completed his master study in Tokyo University of Fisheries, Japan and completed his PhD study in the same university at 1993.
