is a lecturer in the Departement of Aquaculture, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Bogor Agricultural University (BDP-FPIK-IPB). He graduated his Fisheries Bachelor’s majoring soil science at 1986. In 1993 he completed his master study in Kyushu University, Japan and completed his PhD study in the same university at 1996.
